Overall verdict

Cheryl has real reputation assets: syndicated national press from November 2025, a named framework (the AIM Method, presented as the AIM System on her personal site), a personal brand site at cherylwoyak.com with named client testimonials and active 2026 blogging, and a real firm Facebook page. Her firm website reflects almost none of it. The 4 Seasons site still uses October 2021 imagery, its blog has been quiet since August 2022, and, most damaging, its About page and blog posts still sign off under a different name ("Cheryl Gatlin") while all of her press names Cheryl Woyak as founder. The fixes are mostly copy and link work: correct the name, repair the broken LinkedIn footer link, and bring the AIM Method, the press coverage, and her testimonials onto the firm site where prospects actually land.

Recommendations

  1. Fix the name mismatch everywhere. Critical
Update the About page sign-off and all blog post authorship from "Cheryl Gatlin" to Cheryl Woyak (or add a line explaining the transition if there was one). Until this is fixed, the site actively undermines her press coverage.
  2. Repair the LinkedIn footer link and add Instagram. Critical
Point the LinkedIn icon at linkedin.com/in/cherylwoyak, the profile her personal site already links. The Facebook icon already reaches her firm page, so leave it. Add an Instagram icon pointing to one chosen account, since the firm site currently links no Instagram at all.
  3. Put the AIM Method on the firm site. High
Add a section or page explaining Assess, Implement, Maintain and how it shapes client work. It is her differentiator and her press leads with it; the firm site should too.
  4. Use the press coverage and the testimonials she already has. High
Add an "As featured in" strip for the November 2025 releases to the homepage, and move two or three of the named client testimonials already published on cherylwoyak.com onto the firm site. The proof exists; it is just on the wrong site.
  5. Revive or remove the firm blog. High
Her personal site blog publishes regularly in 2026, so either cross-post that material to the firm blog or take the blog link out of the firm navigation. A firm blog dead since 2022 hurts more than no blog.
  6. Give the two sites clear jobs and link them both ways. Medium
Firm site for bookkeeping services and hiring the firm. Personal site for the AIM System, coaching, and the courses listed on its Services page. The firm site already links to her booking page; add a visible link back to the firm site from the personal site so neither splits her traffic.
  7. Build up the existing Facebook page and settle on one Instagram handle. Medium
The firm Facebook page already exists at facebook.com/4SeasonsBB; it needs posts and visibility, not creation. Pick one Instagram account (@cherylwoyak from her press bios, or @cherylwoyak7 linked from her personal site) and use it consistently everywhere. Confirm one phone number for both sites as well, since they currently show different numbers.
  8. SEO quick wins. Medium
Unique title tags per page ("Bookkeeping Services for Small Business | 4 Seasons Bookkeeping" style), add an og:image so link shares show a preview, refresh homepage imagery from 2021.
