Member Web Presence Audit

Overall verdict

Folio has one of the strongest member web presences we reviewed: a modern, mobile-friendly site with unusually open pricing, named testimonials, detailed FAQs, a full first-person founder page, and a blog that is actually publishing. The earlier draft of this audit flagged placeholder cards on the pricing and blog pages; on re-check that text sits inside a sitewide lead magnet popup template, not in the page content, and the pricing and blog pages themselves are complete. The real gaps are smaller and more specific: that popup template is unfinished, the book-a-call page shows no visible calendar or booking form, and the Facebook icon sends visitors to Christine's personal profile instead of the Folio business page. Audiences are still small (52 Facebook followers on the business page, 33 on Instagram), but the content engine the first draft said was missing does exist: 8 or more blog posts since June 2026 and a YouTube channel with bookkeeping videos.

Website findings — foliobk.com

Social media findings

Facebook — facebook.com/foliollc

Professional business page, 52 followers (count visibly shown on October 16, 2026). Exists and is claimed; posting recency and frequency could not be confirmed from public view. One wrinkle: the Facebook icon on foliobk.com does not link here. It links to Christine's personal profile (facebook.com/christine.vesterby, 744 followers), so the business page is only referenced in the site's structured data.

Instagram — @the_strategicaccountant

Creator account, 33 followers / 30 following (counts visibly shown on October 16, 2026). The profile website links straight to the book-a-call page, which is good funnel thinking. The handle is a personal brand ("the_strategicaccountant") rather than the firm name, which splits brand equity between two names.

YouTube — youtube.com/@TheStrategicAccountant

Linked from the site footer and live: "The Strategic Accountant" channel with at least 9 videos on bookkeeping topics (cash flow, financial ratios, choosing a bookkeeper), published about 4 to 6 months ago with small view counts. The earlier draft of this audit missed this channel entirely.

LinkedIn — linkedin.com/in/christinevesterby

Personal profile, linked from the site. LinkedIn blocks unauthenticated viewing, so completeness, activity, and follower count could not be verified. Flagged as unknown, not absent.

Recommendations

  1. Finish or remove the lead magnet popup template. HIGH
A sitewide popup still carries placeholder copy ("Lead Magnet Title Goes Here" plus filler text) in its markup. Either give it a real offer title and copy so it can do its job, or disable the popup until it is ready. It is the one genuinely unfinished element on an otherwise complete site.
  2. Put a visible booking step on /book-a-call/. HIGH
The page loads and sets expectations well, but no calendar, form, or scheduling link appears on it. Add the scheduler or form the copy promises, and test the full path from the homepage Book A Call button to a confirmed booking.
  3. Point the Facebook icon to the business page. MEDIUM
The site's Facebook icon currently sends visitors to Christine's personal profile (744 followers). The Folio business page (facebook.com/foliollc, 52 followers) is only referenced in structured data. Link the icon to the business page so the audience the site builds lands in the right place.
  4. Keep the content cadence going. MEDIUM
The blog and YouTube channel are real assets, but the newest blog post found was August 24, 2026 and the newest videos are about 4 months old. A simple monthly post, sliced from the FAQs and Success Stories already on the site, keeps the engine warm and gives the small social audiences something to grow on.
  5. Decide the Instagram brand question. LOWER
The firm is Folio LLC everywhere except Instagram and YouTube, where it is "The Strategic Accountant." Either run those channels deliberately as Christine's personal brand with Folio clearly credited, or move the handles toward Folio. Worth a decision, not urgent.
