Member Web Presence Audit

Charles Giglia Bookkeeping — Charles Giglia · October 16, 2026

Overall verdict

A solid foundation with real, verified strengths: clear positioning, eleven dedicated service pages, six named testimonials, twelve regional service-area pages, and a blog that posts about every two days, most recently on October 16, 2026. The QuickBooks ProAdvisor credential is genuinely front and center, with official Intuit badge images displayed in the Certifications section, including a Certified QuickBooks Payroll ProAdvisor badge. What holds the site back is a short list: two typos (one of them repeated site-wide in the footer), a garbled machine-translated Spanish version, no Google reviews featured anywhere, and a thin social footprint (a small Facebook page, a personal LinkedIn profile only, and no Instagram). Nothing here is broken; everything here is improvable.

Recommendations

  1. Fix both typos this week. Change "nation wide" to "nationwide" in the footer so the correction lands site-wide at once, and fix "embarassing" in the contractor testimonial on the service pages so it matches the correct homepage version. Typos cost trust on a bookkeeping site more than anywhere else.
  2. Fix the Spanish pages or take them offline. The /es/ version is unedited machine translation, with service names rendered incorrectly. Have it properly translated, or remove it until that work is done.
  3. Start collecting Google reviews and feature them. Add a Google Business Profile review link to the post-onboarding email, then embed the best reviews on the homepage. This is the biggest missing trust asset.
  4. Create a LinkedIn company page and link it from the site footer next to the personal profile. Takes 20 minutes; matters for B2B perception.
  5. Decide on Facebook: grow or de-emphasize. The blog already publishes about every two days, so the content to post natively on Facebook already exists. Either use it to grow the page or remove the footer icon until the audience justifies it.
  6. Consider an Instagram presence. None exists today. The blog and service content would adapt well, and it closes a visible gap next to the Facebook and LinkedIn icons.
  7. Keep the blog cadence. Posting about every two days is a genuine strength. Each post is a search asset that compounds, so protect the rhythm.
